FREE RecallChek with Home Inspections in San Diego County

First Choice Inspections has added to every standard home inspection a RecallChek report, free of charge, to all clients. RecallChek is a reporting system that alerts homeowners of appliances that have been recalled due to fire or safety issues, and has resulted in thousands of free repairs from the manufacturer nationwide.

“The best thing about RecallChek is that we are able to provide a solution for the buyer, rather than bringing up an objection. We find about one recalled appliance for every ten home inspections in San Diego. Other home inspection companies aren’t even checking for recalled appliances. With RecallChek we can 100% guarantee that if you have one, we will find it!” Steve Stenros, President of First Choice Inspections explained.

This is simply one more way that First Choice Inspections can help their referring agents reduce their liability while increasing customer satisfaction and closing rates. Countless fires nationwide are caused by recalled appliances, and if it happens while homes are under contract, it can be quite a mess. By providing homeowners with the details of a recall, including how to get the appliance repaired or replaced by the manufacturer for free, First Choice Inspections is continuing to set the standard for all home inspections in San Diego county.

This is a great service.  I am surprised at how many products are actually recalled.

It is amazing, Steve!  I have found that about one of every ten homes I inspect has a recalled appliance.  There are actually recalled appliances being sold in some of the large retail stores, believe it??

Good morning, Steve. Wow! RecallChek sounds like a pretty valuable service. I occasionally get recall notices on products I’ve purchased and registered, but that doesn’t help with the appliances already in the home at the time of purchase. RecallChek is a great idea!

Bill:  My clients love it!  They receive a free LIFETIME RecallChek with their home inspection. Once I log their information, the system checks for new recalls every month. If they have a recall, they are automatically notified. And there is a benefit for Realtors, too. The Realtor using First Choice Inspections gets FREE email marketing for life, as well. Each month, as your client is notified by the system, they will receive a handy do-it-yourself tech tip article from you- all automated once you have initially put your name and company information in the system!
